Tips and Recommendations

to ensure that your feedback is supportive, constructive, and tailored to the students' learning experience

Be gentle

Remember that the students have worked hard throughout the course. The final exam is stressful, so their English might be affected. The course focused on understanding how to pitch and present, not on improving their English level.

Review if Possible

If you have time, review the presentations before the exam. The students will pitch based on what they were taught, and your feedback might differ from their learning. Share your thoughts as your personal, subjective opinions based on your business experience.

Specific Feedback

Avoid vague criticism. Refer to specific parts of their pitches that need improvement. Offer clear suggestions on how they can improve, not just what you didn’t like.

Encourage and Support

Overall, be encouraging. Your support means a lot to the students. Aim to build their confidence as they refine their skills.

Thank you!

Thank you so much for your time and expertise! Your feedback means a lot to our students and helps them grow!
We'll see each other at the event, and if you have any questions - organizational or otherwise - feel free to reach out to me.
This exam is open to anyone, and as jury members, you can invite anyone interested. You have three tickets to share each. Please contact our admin to let her know if you'd like to invite someone.
